So "Igneous" means "fire," and igneous rocks are known as "fire rocks" because they are formed from the solidification of cooled magma. That little tidbit, along with some other random rock facts we remember from the Ryan O' Neal classic "What's Up, Doc?," is the extent of our geological prowess here at CW.
